Ghosts & Goblins

Halloween was so much fun this year, not only did we go to four different parties over a week but Chickpea really got into the spirit.

Chickpea loved wearing her costume and was more than happy to put it on each and every time. As soon as she had it on she would hop away and point to her baby Joey.

Halloween night we went to our friends, K had invited some of Mad's friends for dinner and trick-or-treating. After dinner the kids went trick-or-treating with the dads while the moms stayed back and gave out the candy and had some vino (he! he!).

Paypay said that Chickpea caught on quickly although she would leave her pumpkin bucket behind on the sidewalk and he had to race back a few times to retrieve it.

L'haloween etait super le fun cette annee, non seulement qu'on soit alles a quatre fetes dans une semaine mais Chickpea a embarque dans l'esprit de la fete.

Chickpea a adore mettre son costume et etait plus que contente de le mettre a chaque fois. Aussitot qu'elle l'avait sur le dos elle partait en sautant et poitait vers son bebe Joey (c'est le nom d'un bebe kangaroo en anglais).

Le soir de l'halloween nous sommes alles chez nos amis, K avait invite plusieurs amis de Mad pour a souper et passer aux portes. Apres le souper les jeunes sont sortis avec les peres pendant que les mamans donnait les bonbons et buvait du vin (he! he!).

Paypay a dit que Chickpea a compris vite malgre qu'elle laissait sa citrouille sur le troittoir et qu'il fallait retourner la chercher plusieurs fois.
