Summer Time !

The calendar says its summer however the sun has been teasing us for the past few weeks and I wish it would just stick around after the bad winter we had.

Paypay finished building the shed and we finally made a decision about what color to paint the house. We chose a greyish/green for the body, cream for the trim and forest green for the door. Paypay started the project about a week ago but we need the sun to stick around for more than an afternoon to finish. I'll post some pictures when we're done.

The next event we're excited about it the upcoming arrival of our niece Roxy. We pick her up at the airport on Tuesday and she'll stay with us for about 4 weeks. Years ago I introduced Roxy to Chuck-E-Cheese and now she's more than ready to bring her cousin Chickpea. So you all know what our first outing will be... i'll be sure to pack some Tylenol... ha! ha!

Le calendrier dit que c'est l'ete mais le soleil nous agasse depuis quelques semaines et j'aimerais qu'il reste apres l'hiver horrible qu'on a eu.

Paypay a fini de batir la remise et nous avons finalement choisi nos couleurs pour la maison. Nous avons choisi un gris-vert pour la corps, creme pour les trims et vert-foret pour la porte. Paypay a commence a peinturer il y a environ une semaine mais le soleil doit rester pour plus d'un apres-midi pour qu'on puisse en finir. Je vais mettre des photos lorsqu'on a fini.

La prochaine chose qu'on a bien hate et l'arrivee de notre niece Roxy. On va la chercher a l'aeroport mardi et elle va rester avec nous pour environ 4 semaines. Il y a plusieurs annees j'ai amener Roxy au Chuck-E-Cheese (c'est comme une foire a l'interieur pour enfants) et maintenant elle a bien hate d'y aller avec sa cousine Chickpea. Vous savez tous deja notre premiere sortie... il ne faut pas que j'oubli les tylenols... ha! ha!
